By accessing the website, you agree to these terms. If you use the website for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the website.
3. What the website provides
The website describes BeRelevant.ai’s services, research, methods, case studies, and partnership programs. It also lets you contact us and book a meeting.
Website content is general information. It is not a technical audit, legal opinion, financial opinion, or recommendation for a specific website or business. Search engines, AI systems, websites, markets, and third-party tools change. A finding or method described here may not apply to your systems or circumstances.
4. No client relationship through website use
Visiting the website, sending an email, booking a call, or receiving a response does not create a client, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or confidential relationship.
Paid work starts only when the relevant parties sign a written agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and describes the necessary cookies set by the Cal.com scheduling embed.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, our business, or applicable law changes. The revised terms apply from the date published above. Changes do not alter an existing signed client or partner agreement unless that agreement permits the change.
15. Governing law and courts
These terms and non-contractual obligations connected with the website are governed by Portuguese law.
Portuguese courts have jurisdiction over disputes connected with the website, except where mandatory law gives a person the right to bring a claim elsewhere. A signed client or partner agreement may specify different dispute terms for that relationship.
16. General provisions
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. No person other than you and the website operator has a right to enforce these website terms.
